🏣: 2nd Floor, Lot 87, Jalan Teoh Moh Soo, Kulim, 09000 Kulim, Kedah.

Requirements:
- Between 1 – 3 years of PQE.
- Able to take instructions well and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Familiar with the preparation of SPA, loan documentation, and other conveyancing-related matters.
- Able to handle family matters (single and joint petition divorce), letters of administration & grant of probate in court.
