To Whom It May Concern,

We act for our clients, Dr Ng Yon Hui (Jasmine) and JM International Holding Sdn Bhd ("our clients").

We refer to our clients' Clarification Statement and Formal Notice dated 08 April 2025.

We have been engaged to issue a Letter of Demand to 4 individuals in their capacities as administrators and/or moderators of the Facebook group titled “特殊儿童教育分享-自闭,过动,学习障碍”.

Our client, Dr Ng Yon Hui (Jasmine) has lodged a police report on 08 April 2025, and a formal complaint with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) on 10 April 2025.

We, as the Solicitors for our clients will continue to closely monitor the posts and activities within the aforementioned Facebook group. Our clients expressly reserve the right to take further legal action against any other members involved in the publication or dissemination of defamatory statements, untrue allegations and disparaging remarks against our clients.

Please find enclosed copies of the Police Report and the MCMC Complaint for your kind attention.

We refer to the clarification statement and formal notice below wherein we act for our client, Dr. Ng Yon Hui (Jasmine) and JM International Holding Sdn Bhd (collectively, “ our clients”)

We enclose herewith the Clarification Statement and Formal Notice to the public and all members in the Facebook group “特殊儿童教育分享-自闭,过动,学习障碍” for your urgent attention.

We have our client’s strict instruction to proceed with legal recourse, including but not limited to issuance of letter of demand, civil proceedings (if necessary), lodgement of police report and complaints to MCMC in relation to the defamatory statements, untrue allegations and/ or disparaging remarks refer and concerning our clients, our clients’ business and the services provided by our clients found in the said Facebook group.

This clarification statement and formal notice is served to the public and all members of the said Facebook Group to immediately cease and desist from making, publishing and/or disseminating defamatory statements, untrue allegations and/or disparaging remarks refer and concerning our clients, our clients’ business and the services provided by our client.

协议离婚 Joint Petition Divorce 是什么？

✅ 夫妻达成共识，决定协议离婚
✅ 已经做出各方面努力，不成功挽回婚姻

协议离婚条件：
【解除婚约】

【丈夫/妻子赡养费】
✅给到对方另嫁/另娶，或者死亡 （哪一个先到来）
✅可以是1 lump sum，或者每个月给
✅数目可以谈判，衡量收入和是否持续负担

【关于孩子】
1. 抚养权 Custody Care & Control (CCC)
- 关于谁照顾孩子？ 谁做孩子重大决定？
✅ 可以只是给爸爸/给妈妈 Sole CCC
✅ 可以双方共同抚养joint CCC
✅ 直到孩子18岁，或者大学毕业 （哪一个后到来）

2. 合理探视权 Reasonable Access
✅ 探视权：定时间、日期、地点
✅ 有些人则没有定明确时间、日期、地点
✅ 可以subject to 两个人和孩子的同意
✅ 可以subject to 孩子的空闲时间/ 安排
✅ 重要节日怎样分
✅ 是否可以过夜
✅ 是否可以outstation / 出国玩

3. 孩子赡养费
Living expenses 生活费
Medical expenses 医疗费
Education expenses 教育费
Insurance premium 保险费
Ancillary expenses - car loan, car expenses, telco expenses, entertainment etc
✅ 给到孩子18岁, 或是大学毕业（哪一个后到来）
✅ 谁负责给孩子赡养费
✅ 可以平分, 或是每个月给一个固定数目
✅ 可以给invoice，official receipt
✅ 或是孩子/ 照顾孩子一方要求
✅ 怎样给？（cash, online transfer, cheque)
✅ 什么日期前需要过账？
✅ 要是一方先付，付钱一方可以claim 回

【关于财产】
🚗 ： 多少天内JPJ转名，是否需要给任何钱，是否承担车的维修费，insurance & road tax (一年cap 多少钱，给多少年）

🏡 : 什么时候卖？谁找买家？谁定价格？要是一方不买，法庭是否可以代签？还没卖之前谁负责housing loan installment, quit rent, assessment & maintenance? (注意⚠️印花税，RPGT）

Company shares : 什么时候转让股权？还是卖回对方？公司估值多少？要是股份转让了，是否可以跟公司其他股东合得来，做决定？
