Most people don’t know this…

Without a Will, things are NOT simple.

This is a real case we handled.
A man in his 50s passed away suddenly.
No Will.
His wife thought:
“I settle everything with my kids can already…”

❌ But reality was very different.
Under Malaysian law:
👉 His 80+ year old mother is ALSO entitled (Parents 1/4)
👉 Wife 1/4
👉 Children share 1/2
👉 EVERYONE must be involved
👉 EVERY document needs signatures

Then things started to get messy…
“What you want my mom to sign?”
“You trying to cheat her ah?”
“Show everything first!”

一位50多岁的先生突然离世，

太太一开始以为：
“我和孩子处理就可以了…”
❌ 结果完全不是这样。

因为根据遗产分配法令——
👉 他80多岁的母亲也有份（父母 1/4）
👉 太太 1/4
👉 孩子们一起分 1/2
👉 所有人都必须参与
👉 每一份文件都需要签名

接下来，事情开始变复杂…
“你要我妈签什么？”
“你是不是想骗她？”
“全部拿出来看清楚先！”
