想要豁免100%印花税必须符合以下条件：
✅房产转让/割名文件需在2023年4月1日之后；
✅接受转让的必须是马来西亚公民；
✅ 房产的价值将于政府估价师做出评估；
✅ "子女“包括 亲生子女、继子/继女、养子/养女。

🔎First 1 million of the property value - 100% stamp duty exemption
🔎Remaining balance exceeding RM 1 million - 50% stamp duty exemption

Terms and Conditions:
✅ Transfer documents is executed on or after 1 April 2023 ；
✅ Recipeint is a Malaysian citizen；
✅ Property value will based on market value assessed by LHDN;
✅ Child includes legitimate child, a step child or adopted child.

-25岁以上及最少大于孩子18年
-穆斯林孩子只能被穆斯林领养者领养等
