Our Solicitor Mr Vigneswaran was at the Ipoh High Court today.
Despite appearing in this beautiful colonial building, the matter today was a complicated one .

Our client discovered his wife's adulterous affairs with a member of the force after agreeing to a joint petition of divorce.

He wanted the truth to prevail but the law was not that simple and his application was dismissed last month.

As truth matters we appealed to the Court of Appeal.

Today it was fixed for Hearing of the stay application so that the decree nisi will not be made final and absolute.

The learned judge agreed with our submission put forth by our Mr Vigneswaran and allowed the stay. My client is relieved. Truth will truimph and justice will be done.
