Damn Scammer😈👻 可恶的骗子😈👽

Yes, our firm's name Jess Tan Law Chambers 陈伶慧律师馆 had been misused for illegal purpose without our knowledge & notice
没错，我们的律师楼名字被骗子盗用了

10-3-2025, 3pm five (5) "buyers & their family members" & one (1) “agent" (total 6 people that we don't know) came to our office to collect signed S&P and it surprised us that our firm‘s name is used illegally and intentionally to mislead the public since year 2024 or maybe earlier
* They alleged that S&P is prepared by our firm and signing attended by "our" lawyer in developer sales office
* Copy of bank letter of offer is under our firm name as loan solicitor (and is confirmed by bank that the LO is false document)
* They claimed that it should be more than 4 cases

Kindly be aware that througout our 10 years of practice, Jess Tan Law Chambers
❌ Do not do any documents for sale & purchase of government house project
❌ Do not appoint any agent or runner to do government project
❌ Do not appoint any sales and marketing person
❌ Do not do any developer job
❌ Do not attend signing in developer's sales office

❌ 没有聘请任何中介或“跑腿” 代表我们的律师楼
