We wish to bring to the attention of the public that our firm has recently been made aware of information concerning an individual who has been presenting and distributing name card bearing our firm’s name, logo and registered trademark and falsely representing himself as personnel of or claiming to be associated with our Ipoh branch without our authorisation.
We hereby clarify that this individual is not and has never been authorised, employed or engaged by our firm in any capacity whatsoever. Accordingly, we expressly disclaim any and all responsibility and liability for any communications, representations, interactions, engagements, transactions, misunderstandings, actions, activities, losses, damages and consequences of whatsoever nature arising from such unauthorised representation or impersonation.
Any use of our firm’s name, logo or registered trademark without prior written approval is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorised use is taken seriously by us and we reserve our rights to take all necessary steps to address to such conduct in accordance with the law.
We encourage the public to exercise due caution and to verify the identity of any individual claiming to represent or be associated with our firm prior to engaging in any discussion, transaction or placing reliance on such representation.
