DO WE ACCEPT NON-BUMI CLIENTS? OR FAR CAPITAL IS FOR BUMIPUTERA ONLY?
Salam guys. Got this message today asking is FAR Capital accepts non-bumi as clients. We do and today we have a few thousand non bumiputera’s who are clients of FAR Capital. Our my COO is Amanda Chong and I employ ppl across all races as part of my team.
So i guess its good that Im being asked this question so that we have the opportunity to clarify this. To answer some questions that many of you might have :
1. Our primary is to secure you a price that you wont be able to get outside on your own. So most of the time our bumi n non-bumi clients get to buy cheaper than a retail bumi buyer out there. In one of the properties we purchase :
- Bumi retail buyer buys at 20% disc after bumi discount.
- Non bumi buyer from retail, buys at 15% discount.
- FAR Capital clients both bumi or non bumi, buys at a total 26% discount. So our non bumi client gets to buy at 11% cheaper.
2. There are developements that developer only left with bumi lots. So in this scenario, only bumiputera clients can buy πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
3. In most of our best investment properties ( 30% undervalued and above RM1,000 positive cashflow, our bumi and non bumi clients gets the same price )
At all times, we try our best to make sure our bumi and non-bumi clients, all get to buy at a price point that is cheaper than any walk in could get, and quite often we buy cheaper than VVIP or staff of the developer.
So in short, we fight for better price points for all clients irrespective of your race or religion πŸ™β€οΈ
