[We Want You! Pupil-In-Chambers (Chambering)/ Legal Interns]

Cheng, Lee & Goh invites motivated and hardworking law graduates and students to apply for Pupillage or Internship positions at our firm. We offer a supportive environment where you will gain hands-on experience and direct mentorship from our partners.

1. Pupil-in-Chambers (Chambering Student)
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized LL.B (Hons) degree.
- Passed the CLP or hold a Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) qualification.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Proactive, willing to learn, and possesses a strong work ethic.

What We Offer:

- Guidance on the administrative and procedural aspects of legal practice.

2. Legal Interns
Requirements:
- Current law students (Year 2 and above) or graduates waiting for CLP results.
- Minimum internship period of 1 to 3 months.
- Eagerness to experience the daily operations of a law firm.

[Vacancy - Admin-cum-Junior Conveyancing Clerk]

We are a growing legal firm looking for a proactive and meticulous individual to join our team as an Admin-cum-Junior Conveyancing Clerk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative duties and legal support work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation;
- Liaising with banks, developers, and land offices for filing and follow-ups;
- Managing general office administration, including filing, answering calls, and data entry;
- Assisting lawyers in managing files and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Handling basic bookkeeping or office errands as required.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.

Prior experience in a law firm (especially in conveyancing) is an advantage, but fresh graduates/juniors are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin/Hokkien is a plus).

Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
