The team that was victorious in dismissing all the criminal charges against the former Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin bin Yasin this morning at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
The charges were defective and cloudy and that the Prime Minister was seriously prejudiced from preparing his defence in this matter. Furthermore, there existed a serious miscarriage of justice. (Paraphrased).
