Mrt 3 utk connect all the district. To boost the area along KL perimeter.
Kalau kita perhati betul2,
Duduk atas tempat tinggi macam sy sekarang ni. Roof top.

Kawasan yg betul pack ni di city centre.

Kawasan luar mcm Maluri, Ampang Jaya, Setapak. Masih b*k lagi kosong.

Dari Muzium Negara ke kiri sampai Sg. Buloh tu kawasan MAHAL.
Property harga mahal2.
RM900 - RM1200 psf

Dari Muzium Negara ke Kajang tu kawasan MURAH.
Property harga murah tuan2.
RM400 - RM500 psf
Kalau kita nak cari property yg good for investment, cari yg few station away from city centre.

Nanti need another 5-8 years utk completion.

Lepastu need another 2,3 years utk matured. In general, at least 10 years utk merasa impact on property value.
