Equipped with his passion for property investments and his vast knowledge acquired from his many years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, he decided to put his enthusiasm to work by helping property owners sell and buy their property a

t a reasonable market price. He is also a qualified auctioneer, and one of the auctioneers accredited by University Malaya in its pioneer batch. Established in 2005, with a proven client based service, we have a strong clientele list in Malaysia. We have also formed strategic affiliations with other auction companies to expand our outreach to a larger pool of clients, creating a win-win situation for auctioneers as well as our clients. Presently, the public perceives auctions as something negative, as foreclosure properties are the properties being sold at auctions. An auction is a place where both buyers and sellers could converge and get the best possible deal for their property. It is the perfect avenue for buying and selling property and asset as it is transparent, efficient, and both buyers and sellers can rest assured they are getting a reasonable deal for their property or asset.
