What should you do when you receive a writ summons?
1. you must enter a Memorandum of Appearance if you wish to defend the claim.
2. Time period for you to enter the Memorandum of Appearance: Within 14 days after receiving the writ summons
3. Consequence of not responding within time : a Judgment may be entered against you.
4. Dire consequences of having a judgment against you : Bankruptcy or Winding Up

收到法庭令状时，该怎么办？
1. 如果您想为索赔辩护，则必须提呈出庭备忘录。
2.提呈出庭备忘录的期限：收到令状传票后的14天内
3.如没有及时对令状做出回应：法庭将会对您作出判决。
4.对您作出判决的可怕后果：破产或清盘

Do consider to suing your debtor in court and get ready with all the necessary documents, including but not limited to your agreement, contract, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, statement of account and etc.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE A LETTER OF DEMAND?
收到催债信，该怎么办？

1. Do not ignore.
千万不要弃之不理

2. Check the accuracy of the claim.
检查索赔的准确性

3. Dispute the demand OR offer to settle
对索赔提出争议或协商

You have worked so hard for this customer, the customer "U-Turn" and refuses to pay now.
What action can you take to recover the debt?

FIRST STEP :Issue LETTER OF DEMAND.
State the following points in your letter:-
1. what is the purpose of this letter?
2. why you issue this letter?
3. how much is the total debt?
(attach EVIDENCE : statement of account, contract and etc)
4. when is the due date to pay? (preferably 7 days or 14 days)
5. what is the repercussions if the payment is not received?

你为客户尽心尽力，客户却U-Turn，拒绝付款。怎么办？
你可以采取什么行动来追回债务？

第一步：发出催债信。
在信中说明以下几点：
1.这封信的目的是什么？
2.为什么要发出这封信？
3.债务总额是多少？（请附上证据：帐单，合同等等）
4.限定还款期限？ （最好是7天或14天）
5.如果未收到付款，后果是什么？
