1. Review & manage progress of each leads daily.
2. Creates posting template and ads and posting these ads on sites like Craigslist, Backpage, etc.
3. Manage Social Media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc.
4. Create, update and manage blogs.
5. Send weekly marketing report

Responsible generating marketing materials and online media materials for real estate agents. This includes designing marketing materials and publishing various content through social media networks. Manage client's social media networks, blogging and other internet lead generation methods.

This is a telecommute position. You will NOT work in an office environment you will communicate remotely to the client via internet. This is a freelance full time position for a Us Company. Please note that you will need to provide receipts to the client for services performed (Facturación). You will be working with a Top Producing Real Estate Firm.

Duties:
· Design advertisement materials for listings. This includes but is not limited to brochures, flyers, postcards, newsletters, internet ads, etc.
· Manage social media networks to optimize realtor’s internet lead generation.
· Create content for Facebook and Twitter and other social media networks multiple times per day. Schedule weekly posts.
· Maintain internet content on websites for active listings.
· Build virtual tours and single property websites using client online marketing tools.
· Must be creative enough to be able to review photographs of homes and know what pictures look best, how to place them and be able to use descriptive words to create the listings marketing materials.
· Help manage the client’s online presence to optimize their exposure online and lead generational potential.
· Social Networking using Facebook
· Professional networking using LindedIn
· Building up a collection of videos on YouTube to supplement other social media platforms
· Maximizing the power of the Websites by tying social media platforms back to the site.
