Porqué un Notario Público?
En México las transferencias de propiedad de valor promedio y superior necesitan ejecutarse mediante la participación de un Notario Público. El servicio notarial en México va más allá del "ante mí", de hecho el Notario tiene el deber de dar certeza legal y de retener y enterar impuestos en las transacciones de bienes inmuebles. Por ello no debe adquirir propiedad sin antes consultar un notario público.
