My Story

I was raised in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I spent most of my working life in sales and customer service making me a natural fit for the Real Estate Industry. With my thirst for knowledge and love for challenges, the decision was made to attend UBC and study Residential Trading Services. Since obtaining my license as a Real Estate Agent, I focused my efforts in the Fraser Valley working with Sutton West Coast Realty while preparing for my long term dream to relocate to the Baja. Remembering back to my first visit to Cabo San Lucas in 1993 and enjoying vacations over the years, like the Marlin I was hooked! Okay I think it was a Sea Bass in the photo lol!

By continuing my Real Estate career with Team Cabo Properties and reacquainting myself with the communities relocating to Cabo San Lucas came easy!

Since the Drive down the Baja and the immigration and relocation process I have been busy with buying a home, investing, adopting fur babies, renovating my home, growing a desert garden, giving back to the community, and learning about the culture here. Of course I have visited all the beaches Cabo has to offer. It cant be all work and no play :) see fur babies below...

I have since learned all aspects of the Real Estate Industry in Los Cabos and update regularly including recently passing my Mexican Real Estate license. ;) Its work but I am working in my dream destination and I take pride in helping others through this same process to purchase their dream home here in Los Cabos!!!
