La Oficina Mexicana de Patentes y Marcas (Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial) ha publicado en su Gaceta Oficial la suspensión de la atención al público desde mañana martes 24 de marzo y hasta el 19 de abril de 2020. Hasta el momento, sigue pendiente su publicación en el Diario Oficial.
En el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa, al igual que el Poder Judicial de la Federación, también se declaró la suspensión de actividades del 18 de marzo hasta el 19 de abril de 2020, salvo por casos de urgencia.
Algunas otras Secretarías, tales como Comunicaciones y Transportes, Función Pública, Educación Pública y Turismo, también han emitido comunicados al respecto, y el Consejo de Salubridad General finalmente ha reconocido la gravedad de la situación y emitido lineamientos de actuación ante la crisis generada por el brote del COVID-19 en México.

The Mexican Patents and Trademarks Office has published in an Official Gazette the suspension of all filings effective as of tomorrow, Tuesday March 24, until April 19, 2020. Until now, its publication in the Mexican Official Diary is still pending.
The Federal Administrative Courts, as well as the Federation’s Justice Branch, declared the suspension of the activities from March 18, until April 19, 2020, except for urgent matters.
Some other Ministries, such as Communications and Transportation, Public Service, Education and Tourism, have also issued their respective statements, and the General Health Board has finally acknowledged the priority of the situation and, in accordance, issued guidelines for facing the crisis derived from the outbreak of the COVID-19 in Mexico.
