There's a moment on the Marvista rooftop, right around six in the evening, when the light comes off the water and the whole west side of La Paz goes gold for about twenty minutes. I've stood up there enough times now that I've stopped pretending it's a normal part of a workday.

This Friday, August 21, we're opening the building from 4:00 to 8:00 PM — which is not an accident. Come at four, walk the units, and stay for the sunset and the cocktails.

Marvista sits in Puerta Bugambilias, one of the genuinely walkable residential pockets of La Paz. Hospitals and clinics nearby, groceries and errands a few minutes out, restaurants close, and the Malecón a short drive. It's the unglamorous stuff that makes daily life here easy, and it's the part people don't think about until they've lived somewhere that doesn't have it.
