HOLA !!! Hello!!! We have returned to our home in Oaxaca after completing our world cruise and air travel journey, which was truly wonderful. Thank you everyone for the loving welcoming home. We made the decision to put our page on hold temporarily to determine…And give everyone a fair chance to reset and redeem themselves as honest and fair.

There is no secret here. The awareness is widespread here in Oaxaca,Mexico, Huatulco to Puerto Escondido, the community is clever and cognizant. Although the vacation and seasonal destinations on the coast of Oaxaca have grown in popularity, it is evident that many are warned, and take caution to avoid the money grabbing exploitation traps. Yes, even expatriates are scheming to take all you have. Our ever growing numbers of contributors have predicted and now see the forecasted reality. We have a vast array of wonderful people that share most important information, insights and opinion values. Our group only wants and seeks the best for all. From original loved valued admired and most respected residents to the new expats and returning vacationers, everyone’s journey and experience is essential to share.
Most recently we have been informed, almost on a daily basis, many, are leaving and separating themselves permanently distancing away from Bayside Real Estate and Bayside Vacations. The community saw this coming.
To be fair and supportive, try to find it within yourself to look past mistakes made by the employees being a part of Bayside Real Estate and Bayside Vacations. Unfortunately being subjected to the principles Erin May and Brent May, they now confess they had unfortunately and reluctantly abide by company prescribed guidelines and foced un orthodox obligations.
We continue to receive on a daily basis over and over repeating requests to post Bayside Real Estate and Bayside Vacations business blueprint and operational plan publication photo.
Yes, it is beyond disrespectful. But is shows the greed and arrogance they take pride in and rejoice. Such Shame.

Employees are fleeing Bayside to save their reputation in our humble community.

Folks the complaints always come to the surface. Watch out for the dishonest ones. Stay away from having and adding a lawsuit when attempting to acquire a property or vacation rental.

As for the picture. Our “insider” has confirmed that the picture is nothing but a staged, fraudulent, certainly clumsy attempt to deceive. The people acting and posing within the picture essentially were instructed to falsely appear busy communicating with different devices.
Again, our insider experienced and was witness to the ploy to deceive, attempt to fool all, in the name of greed.
Ask yourself, are you that gullible or that credulous to fall into the money grab trap?

Wonderful news for Everyone. We just received official notification that the upcoming “Huatulco Country Fest” is open for everyone. According to the federal agency all beaches are available to anyone at no charge. No fee, no ticket charge. 24 hours. Everyday, All year.
Lorenzo Lavariega Arista states “ DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ENTRY OR OTHER ADVERTISING TICKET PRICE FOR THIS EVENT.” “ Our beaches are open to all at no monetary expense”

Andrés Manuel López Obrador, adds all playas located on the Oaxaca coast are one for all to enjoy 24 hours daily, safety still is always the priority. Please respect our land and have courtesy, clean after oneself. Gracias.

This “Huatulco Country Fest” is a commercially organized private entity to attract ticket and concession sale for profit. There is never a private rental of beach zones by commercial for profit groups.

The locals have been aware for quite sometime, (years), expats are most certainly aware, returning vacationers are becoming aware, and now all the new visitors are aware.
Everyone…, avoid the shameless blatant rip off.
This is nothing but insulting predatory rapacious money gouging greed.
How would you describe it?
Demanding USD $ funds in southern Mexico for something that anyone can venture and explore on their own and enjoy, without explanation or direction…?
This is Mexico, not USA. Mexico has its own currency, the Peso. Shame on Jane Bauer.
Soon, Jane Bauer will be demanding Euros or Kuwaiti Dinar for payment upfront that will leave you in disbelief and dissatisfied.
Stop feeding the expats that seek only to take the unaware for a ride. ( way overpriced rip off).
Take your time everyone, the locals offer real, heartfelt true authentic Mexico Oaxaca experience. Avoid the scam.
We are now receiving countless reports of this makeshift make believe con schemes, that focus only taking your money. Everyone wishes this finally be brought out into the open.
