Founding Partners Dr Malcolm Mifsud and Dr Cedric Mifsud are pleased to announce a number of promotions within the firm, and to congratulate the colleagues whose dedication and professionalism have earned them.
Dr Rossana Farrugia – Managing Associate
Since joining in 2022, Rossana has led the development of our property department, assisting clients in civil and constitutional disputes. In her new role, she will continue to lead the department and support the Partners with the coordination, management and professional development of our associates.
Dr Paul Radmilli – Senior Associate, Civil & Family Litigation
Paul brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Before joining us in 2020, he served in the Maltese diplomatic service, including as Chargé d’Affaires a.i. in Copenhagen. Today he represents clients in family, succession and civil matters before the Courts of Malta.
Dr Ian Barbara – Senior Associate, Civil Litigation
Ian joined the firm as a Legal Trainee in 2020 and has since assisted the firm in the development of a solid litigation practice across commercial, inheritance and property disputes, appearing before the Inferior and Superior Courts.
Dr Jodie Darmanin – Senior Associate, Maritime Department
Jodie joined us as a Legal Trainee in 2021 and now advises ship owners, financiers and operators on vessel sales, acquisitions and registration under the Malta flag, as well as maritime litigation, including ship arrests.
Dr Malcolm Mifsud: “When Cedric and I founded this firm in 2007, our aim was to build a team that clients could rely on for honest, effective advice. Seeing colleagues who started here as trainees now taking on leadership roles is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. These promotions are well deserved.”
Dr Cedric Mifsud: “Our firm is only as strong as its people. Rossana, Paul, Ian and Jodie have each shown the commitment, judgement and care for clients that define Mifsud & Mifsud. We are proud of them and look forward to what they will achieve in their new roles.”
Please join us in congratulating them!
