We’re looking for a motivated 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 to join our growing team in Malta.

💼 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

🔹 Maintaining accounting records for a portfolio of clients
🔹 Posting invoices, bank transactions and petty cash
🔹 Preparing bank and control account reconciliations
🔹 Assisting with month-end reporting and management accounts
🔹 Preparing 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮 𝗩𝗔𝗧 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 and ensuring filing deadlines are met
🔹 Following up on outstanding information and payments
🔹 Responding to clients’ accounting queries
🔹 Assisting with audit preparation and liaising with auditors

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

✔️ Minimum 6 months’ experience in client accounting
✔️ 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮 𝗩𝗔𝗧 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀
✔️ Minimum A-Level standard in Accounting
✔️ Candidates who have commenced their ACCA studies will be given preference
✔️ Good knowledge of accounting processes and reconciliations
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✔️ Good written and verbal communication skills
➕ Experience with Xero and/or Shireburn will be considered an asset
