Fenech & Fenech Advocates is pleased to announce the appointment of Partner Dr Antonio Ghio as the firm’s first Chief Innovation & Technology Officer (CITO).

An IT law expert who led the firm’s TMT practice for 25 years, Antonio will now lead Fenech & Fenech’s innovation strategy and digital transformation across legal and internal service delivery, operations, knowledge management, legal technology, and AI governance.

The appointment reflects the firm’s conviction that innovation is fundamental to leadership. It also builds on its investments in proprietary AI tools developed for the Maltese legal environment using a controlled and secure data stack.

The CITO’s mandate will be to equip the organisation’s teams with the skills, structures and confidence to translate technology and new ideas into lasting advantages for clients, staff and the firm.
