Borg & Associates Advocates Borg & Associates is an independent legal firm established in 1985 by Dr Reno Borg who has since retired. Dr Reno Borg has since retired.

The firm is currently managed by Dr André Borg together with Dr Stephanie Bonnici Borg & Associates is an independent all-purpose legal firm established in 1985. Its founder, Dr Reno Borg, a self-made lawyer in practice for over 35years opened his first office in Floriana, eventually moving to regional offices in Birkirkara and Cospicua to serve a wide-range of clients from civil cases to banks and corporations in a multitude of legal contexts. Gradually expanding his client base, Dr Borg went on to open a third office in Valletta, in a strategic and convenient premises situated close to the Law Courts and major Government Departments. The firm is now managed by Dr André Borg who has been at the firm since 2008, and is specialised on civil, family and contract law, with years of experience in the aviation and property industry. Dr Thea Lynn Cesare joined the firm in 2020, specialising particularly in civil and employment law. The team grew further in 2022 with Dr Stephanie Bonnici who has since specialised in immigration and civil law. Marko Planojevic and Eliza Azzopardi are currently legal trainees at the firm. The firm further provides experienced secretarial and support services. Borg & Associates maintains contact with trusted professionals such as accountants, auditors, investment advisors, medico-legal experts and architects. The law firm has assisted individuals in civil litigation, contracts, property, inheritance, matrimonial issues, aviation and other corporate clients.

05.05.2025 - Statement regarding False Accusations

B&A expresses its regret that a number of defamatory posts and videos uploaded daily by a homeless Maltese-Australian who goes by different names, falsely asserts that her passport is being retained by Dr A.Borg purportedly until she clears her outstanding legal fees.

The content is repleted with falsehoods and questionable behaviour with the aim of soliciting money from unsuspecting individuals. A formal police report had to be filed on defamation and harassment.

For the record, the individual's passport which was handed over with other documents on file, has long been deposited in Court (Schedule of Deposit 862/2025) and therefore it is imperative to emphasise that no passport is being unlawfully retained by any member of our legal team. Our clarifications on the comments section under these videos have all been deleted by this individual in manifest bad faith.
