Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Trainee Associate to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in high-value transactions and complex legal matters, while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and transaction documents.
✅Support attorneys in due diligence, contract review, and regulatory filings.
✅Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and internal strategy sessions.
✅Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting corporate clients.
✅Contribute to knowledge management and internal training initiatives.

Qualifications:

🎓Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B or equivalent) or final-year law student with a strong academic record
💼 Demonstrated interest in corporate and commercial law
🖋️ Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
⏱️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional setting
🌐 Proficiency in English and Mongolian languages
