الحمد لله اصدر القضاء حكمه يوم الثلاثاء 2022/07/12؛
" اذ تم انصاف المتهمين بجنح الاهانة و الاعتداء على موظف عمومي اثناء مزاولة مهامه و اتلاف شيء يستخدم في العبادة و تعييب شيء خصص للمنفعة العامة و الحكم ببرائتهم من اجلها؛ ومؤاخذتهم من اجل تعطيل مباشرة عبادة و التسبب عمدا في احداث اضطراب يقل بهدوئها و وقارها والحكم عليهم بشهرين حبسا نافذة … "
The Court insisted on Tuesday 2022/07/12:
The acquittal of defendants for offences of insult and assault against a public official in the exercise of his duties and the destruction of something used in worship and the defamation of something reserved for public benefit;
Taking them to disrupt the direct worship and deliberately cause disturbance less calm and dignified and sentencing them to two months' imprisonment.
