The USA I-130 Petition holds pivotal significance in the process of Family-based Immigration, serving as the legal sponsorship eligibility to the U.S. citizens or lawful Permanent Residents seeking to bring family members into the USA.

Under F2A and F2B visa applications, non-national applicant can obtain valid visa to apply their Green Card on the basis of their RELATIOSHIP to the US 1-130 Petitioner. 1-130 Petitioner can sponsor their legally married spouse/civil partner/ Fiancé or minor dependent under 18 years of age or unmarried and unemployed children over 21 years of age.

The application is under the two main steps, lodging 1-130 Petition and filing Form DS-260 on behalf of the Alien Applicant.

To achieve the results on this process, Petitioners must meet and satisfy specific eligibility criteria, establishing a qualifying relationship with the intended beneficiary - spouse, parent, child, or sibling along with true and genuine evidence demonstrating their relationship.

STUDENT DEPENDENT VISA

A dependent for visa purposes allows a husband, wife or civil partner or unmarried partner if you have been living together in a relationship similar to marriage or civil partnership for a period of at least 2 years or a child under 18 years old as a dependent to join with you and live in hosting country until complete your studies in abroad. The form 1-130 is a USA citizenship and immigration services (USCIS) document used to petition for family members seeking Permanent Residency in the USA.
