INJAZ Lebanon INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization with a mission to equip youth with the skills & mindset to become future entrepreneurs & qualified professionals.

Our Board Members are passionate business leaders who share a common ideal for the youth of Lebanon and provide overall direction, funding, and good governance. Our Board of Directors includes 12 members:

📢 Calling for Trainers!

INJAZ Lebanon is seeking qualified trainers for four upcoming assignments under the 2026–2028 program, which supports youth in developing entrepreneurial skills and turning ideas into sustainable businesses across the North, Akkar, and Bekaa.

🔹 Design Thinking Trainer
Lead a 6-session intensive track for youth aged 18–28, guiding participants from problem identification and ideation to business model validation and low-fidelity prototyping.

🔹 GIL Camp Trainer – Intro to Entrepreneurship
Facilitate a 5-day workshop for youth aged 15–18, introducing ideation, problem-solving, and business modeling to develop social or environmental business concepts.

🔹 Financial Bootcamp 1 (FB1) Trainer
Facilitate a 3-session track for youth aged 18–28, helping them develop structured, investment-ready business plans that connect business goals, team strengths, and strategic milestones.

🔹 Financial Bootcamp 2 (FB2) Trainer
Facilitate a 5-session track for youth aged 18–28, guiding participants through financial modeling, capital expenditure, and 3-year profitability projections.

Five years of , and somehow, every gathering still feels like the beginning of something new. 🤍

On a cozy October evening, 5.0 brought everyone together for good conversations, new faces, familiar ones, shared experiences, spontaneous moments, and lots of laughter.

Intersection is a mentorship program, but it is also a space where young people meet and connect with professionals, learn from them, and build strong personal and professional ties.

We also added something extra to the gathering this time: a showcase of the businesses and projects our youth and alumni are working on, giving them a space to share what they’re building with the community.

With each passing year, we await this day impatiently to get together and share moments of laughter and kindness. Of course, can’t forget the fun activities that bring us closer!

This 2026, we celebrated five years of this community that keeps growing with us.

A special thank you to one of our cherished mentors, Hussein Ayoub, who hosted us at Beit Amakin, and to all our mentors for generously volunteering their time, experience, and support throughout the program.

ضمن سلسلة لقاءات مع أصحاب العمل بمختلف المناطق اللبنانية، جمع خُطى – نادي البحث عن عمل 6 شركات ووكالات توظيف في بيروت للحديث عن واقع سوق العمل اليوم، واحتياجات الشركات والتحديات اللي بتواجهها بالتوظيف.

ناقشنا كمان المهارات والملفات اللي عم يبحث عنها أصحاب العمل، والفجوات اللي ممكن يواجهها الشباب الباحث عن عمل عند دخولهم سوق العمل.

هالنقاشات بتساعدنا نفهم السوق بشكل أفضل، ونطوّر خُطى بما يتماشى مع احتياجاته، وندعم المشاركين ببحثهم عن عمل.

As part of a series of employer roundtables held across Lebanon, Khuta – Job Search Club brought together six companies and recruitment agencies in Beirut to better understand the realities of today’s labour market and the challenges shaping recruitment and employment.
The discussion covered hiring needs, the skills and profiles employers are looking for, recruitment challenges, and the gaps young job seekers may face when entering the workforce.
These conversations are helping us bring the reality of the labour market closer to Khuta, so we can better support participants in navigating their job search and moving towards employment.
