IRG was established by Jeremy Hurst in 1994 having worked in the Cayman Real Estate which includes commercial and luxury residential property, since he arrived in Cayman in 1988. Prior to that, he worked in the UK commercial property industry having earned a BSc. Honours degree in land development studies at University College London. Jeremy Hurst also sits on the board as a founder member of the Cayman Islands Investment Council, was a past Chairman of the Choose to be Drug Free Week and member to the E-Business Advisory Board.
