PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Cayman Airways is monitoring the projected path of Tropical Storm Melissa. All flights and business operations remain unchanged at this time, but a change-fee-waiver has been implemented for customers who wish to voluntarily change their plans to travel at a later date to/from and between the Cayman Islands.
Customers will not have to pay a change fee, or fare difference, if their changes meet the following requirements:
• Tickets must have been purchased on/before October 22, 2025
• Travel must have been scheduled for flights departing October 22-29, 2025
• New travel dates must be between October 22, 2025 and November 20, 2025 (NOTE: travel occurring November 7-10, 2025 will be subject to a fare difference)
• All travel must be rebooked in the original cabin
• The origin and destination must remain the same
• All travel must be on Cayman Airways
Passengers who do not meet the above criteria will only be eligible for the change-fee-waiver and the option to apply the full value of the ticket to Travel Bank, provided that:
• The ticket was purchased on/before October 22, 2025
• The original booking was for travel between October 22-29, 2025
• The origin and destination remain unchanged
Passengers can make these changes themselves online. Simply visit www.caymanairways.com, on the homepage go to "Manage My Bookings"(under the main booking window), select the “Exchange” tab to either make changes to qualifying bookings, or the “Cancel Flight” tab to receive a credit in Travel Bank for the entire value of the ticket. Contact details can also be updated under the "Passenger Details" section. Alternatively, call the Cayman Airways Call Center at 345-949-2311 (see link for toll free numbers: www.caymanairways.com/contact-us).
Cayman Airways customers are reminded to ensure that their ticket reservations contain accurate contact details, including an email address and phone number, for the airline to be able to advise them directly of any updates if changes to their flight schedule becomes necessary.
