Digital Nomad (Workcation) Visa
Eligible Applicants for Visa
Overseas business owners or foreigners affiliated with international companies who can work remotely and have worked in the same industry for at least one year, and their accompanying family members
18 years of (full) age or older (Except for dependent children)
Documents to Submit
 Visa application form (Form No. 17), passport, 1 standard size photo, fee
 Documents proving income such as certificate of employment, certificate of salary and bank transaction certificate
 Criminal record certificate, certificate of medical insurance, and certificate of family relations (if accompanied by dependents)
※ Criminal Record Certificate attached with Apostille (Consular Legalization)
Stay in Korea
 (Period of stay) One year is granted from the date of entry when registering as a foreigner and extendable for one additional year (maximum 2 years)
 (Employment Activities) Employment/profit-making activities are restricted
 (Change of Status) Those staying in Korea on a short-term tourist visa (B-1, B-2, C-3) are allowed to change to a Digital Nomad (Workcation) visa when meeting the relevant requirements
