On 16–17 May 2026, HLB Cambodia collaborated with the Rural Electricity Association ("REA") to open a training course on the subject of “Practical Accounting Work for Non-Finance Staff” for its REA members.

This course is very important for improving the capabilities of business owners, managers, accountants, and non-finance staff to support business development, as well as improving internal control and financial documentation processes to ensure proper business operations and compliance.
