The Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) invites qualified National Consultants, either individuals or teams, to support the development of Employer Guide Localization on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).

The assignment will contribute to strengthening workplace safety and health practices in Cambodia through the localization of OSH guidebooks, delivery of Training of Trainers, and support for enterprise-level implementation.

CAMFEBA welcomes applications from consultants with relevant expertise in areas such as Occupational Safety and Health, training and capacity development, research, guidebook or manual development, and related fields.

18 Sept 2026: The government, employers, and development partners explored how Cambodia can leverage Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) for a smooth transition in the High-Level Dialogue on Cambodia's LDC Graduation.

The panel discussed:

✅ The employer role in skills development
✅ Public-private collaboration for a post-LDC economy

The event was part of our Flagship Events with International Organisation of Employers, following the Capacity-Building Workshop on RBC for SMEs held on 17 September. Together, these events marked a critical milestone in preparing Cambodian businesses for the LDC transition.

17 Sept 2026: CAMFEBA and International Organisation of Employers successfully wrapped up our practical Training Workshop on Responsible Business Conduct (RBC). We brought together 50 SMEs owners, chamber and associations representatives as well as those in-charge for labour, social and environment compliances of enterprises in Cambodia. The workshop offered practical knowledge and actionable approaches to establish internal processes aligned with international frameworks and gain hands-on guidance on implementing human rights and environmental due diligence to prove responsible practices for their potential market.

CAMFEBA is committed to supporting members, especially SMEs. We offer awareness raising, technical assistance, and practical guidance and continue to help industry improve compliance practices for the opportunity to connect those practices to future market access.

We take the opportunity to express our appreciation to the IOE and European Mission (EU), for providing technical resource persons and financial support to make this important event.
