The Executive Council is

elected on an annual basis by our members. The Council consists of 12 of Cambodia's foremost business executives. Together with the Secretariat we are at the full disposal of our members. We represent our members on more than 10 bi & tri-partite forums keeping employers up to date in a fast paced changing environment. How CAMFEBA operates

CAMFEBA is headed by the Governing Board consisting of 12 Council Members who are elected annually by all members at the Annual General Meeting. The Council Members uphold the principles of the Federation and make the decisions needed to ensure to the Federation achieves its goals . Day-to-day activities and the delivery of services is carried out by the Secretariat staff. Together the Council and Secretariat are at the full disposal of CAMFEBA members.

๐Ÿ– ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, ๐’๐ข๐ž๐ฆ ๐‘๐ž๐š๐ฉ: CAMFEBA signed a Strategic Partnership with 5 provincial association chapters, including:
Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia Siem Reap Chapter,
Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia - Battambang Chapter,
Cambodia Hotel Association - Siem Reap Chapter,
CWEA-Siem Reap,
CWEA-Battambang Chapter to drive relevant digital wage and other business skills programs, which in turn will address the persistent productivity and skills gaps faced by their member enterprises.
Under this collaboration, CAMFEBA and our partner associations will jointly:
๐Ž๐ง๐ž, promote the adoption of responsible digital wage payment systems across priority sectors, including tourism, agro-processing, and SMEs.

This tour offers a profound journey through the heart of the Khmer Empire, showcasing the architectural brilliance and spiritual grandeur of ancient Cambodia, showing the international community that Cambodia is a peaceful, stable, and safe country for tourism and investment.

๐Ÿ— ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”: As the Chair of the ASEAN Employer Confederation (ACE), CAMFEBA hosted its 50th Annual General Meeting in Siem Reap, bringing together the representatives of ASEAN employer confederations to dialogue on regional cooperation and discuss key economic and labor priorities of respective countries.
The meeting also discussed ACE financial matters, the recent discussion at the ILO Governing Body Meeting, and exchanged employer initiatives at the country level.
As the Chair of ACE, we are also planning together to develop the policy agenda and strategic action plan for ACE that would contribute to enhancing its roles and contribution to ASEAN agenda, guiding the behavior and performance of ACE to effectively represent the interest and voice of its members, and expanding its strategic partnership to beyond ASEAN employer communities.

๐Ÿ” ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, ๐๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐ž๐ง๐ก: CAMFEBA, participated in the workshop on sharing experience of new diploma program implementation under the Skills for Competitiveness (S4C) project.

The workshop aimed at presenting and seeking the industries feedback on 6 diploma programs in Construction, Electricity, Electronics, Machining, Mechatronics and Agro-Processing.

The Cambodia Sector Skills Councils and Industry Specialists were also engaged in this consultation to reflect ongoing development of these diploma courses to meet the market needs.

[๐‡๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ] CAMFEBA showcases its leadership in WBL pilot implementation

๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ ๐€๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, ๐๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐ž๐ง๐ก: CAMFEBA welcomed government and private sector representatives from Lao PDR and Myanmar, the ASEAN-Swiss TVET Initiative (ASTI) to visit its office.

During the visit, Tep Sophoan, shared actual implementation and proven approaches illustrating how CAMFEBA plays a pivotal role in private sector-led skills development. He highlighted the organizationโ€™s efforts in facilitating connections between enterprises and the TVET system, particularly through private sector engagement in the implementation of Work-Based Learning (WBL).

The exchange provided participants with practical, on-the-ground insights that can be translated into actionable strategies within their respective contexts. It also strengthened regional collaboration and knowledge-sharing on effective WBL practices.
