We are hiring Building Manager!
Job Description
We seek an experienced Building Manager to oversee the daily operations, solve problems, maintain the building's facilities and communicate with all the Tenants and unit Owners. This includes managing the building’s systems, planning maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations. The building manager gives frequent updates and reports directly to the property owner.
Building Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Solve any problems from the Tenants and unit Owners on the property management.
Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer service and tenant satisfaction.
Management of the staff to ensure the team is operating the building smoothly.
Oversee the daily operations of the building, including maintenance, safety, security, and cleanliness.
Planning the schedule for all the operations, and maintenance to every service provider and team.
Preparing the budget plan to operate the building.
Preparing every report and monitoring the budgets with the budget plan.
Evaluating employee performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training to ensure proper maintenance of the building.
Follow up on every outstanding work with all the related people.
Preparing the specification, and scope of work for every work that requires repair or upgrade.
Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs.
Support the site operation for 24h/7 days, to ensure that we give the solution when any issue happens on site.
Inspecting the building frequently and ensuring that the building is well maintained, properly run.
• Building Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as facilities management, engineering, or business administration.
- At least 2 years of experience as a building manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems for building management, such as facility management software and security systems.
- Fluency with writing and speaking English Language.
- Working hour: Mon – Fri (8:00 am to 5:30 pm), Sat (8:00 am to 1:00 pm).
