ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH PIVOTAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
Rent of every occupied room/unit is paid in full to the Landlord/Lady by 10th of every month.
Our management fee is 10%.
To enhance efficient and effective rent collection, ALL payments are channeled through the bank.
Rent is payable on/or before 7th of every month.
We offer flexible loans to landlords/ladies after six (6) months of working together.
