Nelson Mandela stayed a political internee for more than 27 years in the nick. But he never abandoned the struggle he was pursuing against apartheid system in south Africa that resulted to his incarceration.
He had a vision of liberating Negros from the apartheid barbarism which was being perpetrated by the honkies. After he was released from prison in 14 February 1991 he never gave up his course. He proceeded fighting against apartheid. And within a twinkling, the apartheid regime ended in south Africa.
