Unfortunately, *Viola and *Evan’s cases are not unique. The disrupted education schedule as a result of COVID-19 saw many young students stay home, and this inadvertently put them at a higher risk of experiencing a form of abuse. It could range from r**e, FGM, emotional and sexual abuse, and even child marriages.
