I had said I will refrain from posting anything relating to the deceased Hon.Monica Kivuti the magistrate who was shot dead in court in Kenya but then again am only human allow me to pay tribute to her..I remember Hon.Kivuti from Baricho Law Court.Oh my she kept time.She used to start at 9.00am sharp.I remember when she used to give directions which I was not okay with but me being Tess Kimotho & Co.Advocates. I would argue back but she would calmly tell me in a polite way Miss.Kimotho don’t worry trust me if you do what I want you will surely get your orders kindly comply of course you can’t argue back and truly to her word if I did what she directed I would get my orders.I can’t forget her smile she was my neighbor (name withheld for security purposes) she would always say hi when passing me and my family.The last memory of her is when she was moving out of her house to be transferred to Makadara Law Courts where she met her death she was all smiles if only she knew.My condolences to her family and friends.May her soul rest in peace.
