・家賃: 70,000円代 (オーナー様とご相談中)
・場所: 高田馬場駅からちょっと歩いた川沿い
・部屋: 6-9畳 (ベランダ、川を見下ろせる部屋も)

・コンセプト: 5部屋×最大3階分

- 9-14m2 (you look down the river from balcony!)

We can have themes at each 3 floors (5 rooms each)

- Language exchange
- Bootcamp or Hackathon with entrepreneur
