بدأت فكرة تأسيس استحكام ومشاركوه من عزمنا كشباب أردنيين على تقديم كل ما لدينا في مختلف الأصعدة والاختصاصات ساعيين لتقديم مجموعة واسعة من القدرات في جميع المجالات من الممارسة القانونية ، بالإضافة إلى التعامل مع مسائل التقاضي والتحكيم الكبرى ،كما وتشمل خدماتنا مجالات الممارسة لأعمال الشركات والبنوك والتمويل والبناء والتشغيل والعمل،
والضرائب والبيئة والملكية الفكرية والتجارة الدولية ونهدف دائماً لمساعدة العملاء على توقع وتجنب المشاكل بالإضافة الى حل النزاعات بالطرق القانونية والسلمية ، وفي نهاية المطاف تحقيق الأهداف القانونية والتجارية لعملائنا. سواء كانت شركة صغيرة في صناعة ناشئة أو شركة متعددة الجنسيات، كما ونحرص على البقاء على رأس التغييرات القانونية والتجارية في كافة الاصعدة .
في حين يتكون عملائنا من مجموعات من مؤسسات تجارية ومالية من القطاعين الخاص والعام، بما في ذلك مؤسسات حكومية مهتمة بالمعاملات المالية والتجارية وبتسوية النزاعات الناجمة عنها والإجراءات اللاحقة لها ، ولا يتميز المكتب بعمق ونطاق خدماته القانونية الاستشارية فحسب، ولكن ما يميزه كذلك خبرته على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي, وبذلك يمييز خدماتنا بما تتركه من أثر على عملائنا في الوصول إلى أهدافهم في بيئة وظروف لا يستطيع الكثيرون مضاهاتنا فيها.
ولتحقيق ذلك فإننا نتحرك بسرعة وبشكل مؤثر مصحوبين بكم هائل من المعلومات في اختصاصات مختلفة، بغية إتمام الصفقات بمختلف أنواعها ، ومعالجة المشاكل والحصول على المزيد من المعلومات التي تمكننا من حل المزيد من الإشكاليات المعقدة، وذلك في أماكن مختلفة وعلى مستويات متعددة.
يتكون طاقم استحكام ومشاركوه من طاقم من الشباب الاردنيين اصحاب المعرفة والدراية والمتطلعين على القوانين الاردنية والدولية بشكل مستمر ،
ابتداءً بالمحامي الأستاذ بهاء الدين يوسف عصفور :
الاٍستاذ عصفور حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة العلوم التطبيقية / المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية – عمَان وعلى شهادة الماجستير في القانون الدولي التجاري والاقتصادي من جامعة برونيل في المملكة المتحدة – لندن وهو محام متخصص في العقود والاتفاقيات والقانون التجاري والقضايا المدنية والتجارية في مختلف أنواعها ، وقام الاستاذ عصفور بتنظيم عدة دراسات وابحاث فيما يخص القانون الدولي التجاري والاقتصادي وقد شارك في عدة ندوات ومؤتمرات قانونية دولية و محلية منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر دورات متعلقة بالملكية الفكرية والعلامات التجارية والعقود والاتفاقيات الدولية .

الاستاذ غيث فلاح المعايطة:
الاستاذ المعايطة حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في القانون من الجامعةالأردنية و هو محام متخصص في قضايا المالكين والمستأجرين والاستثمارات العقارية وعمل الاستاذ المعايطة في مجال تطوير الاراضي والقضايا المتعلقة بأراضي الخزينة بالاضافة الى العمل في مجال هيئة الأوراق المالية والادراج والتدوال بالاوراق المالية لدى سوق عمًان المالي ، وقد شارك في عدة دراسات وخطط بحث في مختلف الاصعدة منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر دراسات متخصصة في تطوير واعداد الخطط المالية والادارية للشركات المساهمة العامة والخاصة ، الاستاذ المعايطة على اطلاع ودراية بالفرص الاستثمارية وتطويرها.

ISTIHKAM thought has been derived from our intention as Jordanian youth willing to offer all what we possess within various levels and specialties, seeking to offer wide range of capabilities in terms of legal practices, in addition to our concern to deal with all litigation and major arbitration issues. In addition, our services include practice scopes as to the business offered by companies, banks, financing institutions, building, recruitment, labor, taxes, environment, intellectual property & international trade. We always aim to offer assistance to our customers through problems' forecasting and avoiding thereof, in addition to solve disputes routing legal and amicable methods, within major framework to achieve legal and trading objectives of our customers, whether limited partnership company or multi international company. Our customers are groups of firms; trade and financial; public and private sectors, governmental institutions of concern as to financial and trading transactions, disputes solving originated there from, and further procedures thereof. Our office is not only characterized by the legal and consultation services it offers, but also its features include services offered on the local and international levels and our services effects thereon in our way to fulfill their objectives within environment and circumstances which others cannot correspond to. In our way to achieve this, we move quickly and in effective manner accompanied by huge available information in various specialties in order to complete all types of transactions, treating the problems and obtaining more information to solve complicated problems located in various locations at variable levels. Advocate / Baha' Aldeen Yousf Asfour :
Holding Bachelor degree in Law, graduated from Applied Sciences University HKJ, followed by MS degree in International trading and economical law; Brunel University, UK. His specialty is focused on Trading law and agreements, civil & trading actions of all types. Asfour organized and concluded many studies and researches as to its main specialty, he took part In many seminars, conferences; local and international, including, but limited to, courses in terms of intellectual property, trademarks, contracts and international agreements. Mr. Ghaith Falah Al Maaitah :
Holding Bachelor degree in Law, University of Jordan graduate, specialized in owners and lessees' legal actions and estates investments. He practiced his work in lands development and related issues, Securities body; trading and exchanging financial instruments in Amman Stock market. He participated in many and various studies and research plans; including but not limited to, specialized studies as to preparing and developing financial and administrative plans for Joint private partnership companies.
