ترغب شركة عاكف الداؤد ومشاركوه لأعمال المحاماة بتعيين محامي بخبرة لا تقل عن أربع سنوات قي مجال العمل القضائي امام المحاكم الاردنية للانضمام الى فريق التقاضي على ان تتوفر المؤهلات التالية:

- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون بتقدير جيد جدا من احدى الجامعات الاردنية الرسمية.
- ان يكون مُسجلاً في سجل المحاميين المزاولين لدى نقابة المحامين الأردنيين.
- على دراية تامة بالقوانين والتشريعات الأردنية والتشريعات الإجرائية.
- خبرة في كتابة اللوائح والمذكرات والمرافعات.
- على دراية بقانون التنفيذ والاجراءات التنفيذية ومهارات التحصيل.
- ادارة القضايا والاشراف عليها.
- يملك القدرة على الانتقال الى محافظات المملكة حسب ما تقتضيه الحاجة.
- ان يجيد استخدام الحاسوب بما في ذلك مهارات الطباعة والتعامل مع البرامج القانونية.

طبيعة العمل: متابعة الدعاوى الحقوقية والجزائية واعداد اللوائح والمرافعات ومتابعة قضايا التنفيذ والتحصيل والتسويات والإجراءات التابعة لتلك لدى الدوائر الرسمية وغير الرسمية.
ساعات العمل: من الساعة 9صباحاً ولغاية الساعة 5مساءً.
العطل: يومي الجمعة والسبت.

We are proud to share that Ms. Siwar AlDaoud , a valued member of our staff, recently participated in the International Conference on Telemedicine, eHealth, and Legal Innovation, held in Vienna, Austria on February 3–4, 2026. In addition, she also contributed to discussions at the International Conference on Corporate Law and Cross-Border Transactions, held in Salzburg, Austria on February 5–6, 2026.

These conferences brought together legal professionals and industry experts to discuss emerging issues in digital health, cross-border commercial transactions, and regulatory developments affecting the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
