Bona Vacantia is a Latin term that refers to unclaimed assets or property that belong to the Crown. In other words, if someone passes away without leaving a will or any known heirs, their assets can become Bona Vacantia and ultimately end up in the hands of the government. It's always a good idea to have a will in place to ensure that your assets go to the people or causes that you care about.
