Odessah Laidlaw has in excess of 15+ years of experience as an Investment Banker and developed an unwavering passion for real estate, which eventually led to her transition to the industry in 2019. She has the shared belief that of her Broker, Keller Williams, that every transaction should produce a win-win on both sides of the deal, and work strategically to ensure this is a reality. Odessah has
a deep network of people from the financial sector which has helped in advancing her real estate business, but in addition, her banking and investment experience has helped in advancing negotiations on sensitive transactions, providing recommendations on mortgages, and discussing return on investment for real estate investors. Every aspect of Odessah's career (past and present) has been customer-centric -centered around people, meeting a need, and sales-related. She leads with empathy every time, but also believes in having a frank conversation, infused with authenticity, tactfulness, and some optimism, thus becoming somewhat of an enigma to her clients. Odessah consistently exemplifies what it means to provide exceptional service. She's a strategic thinker, always curious, and therefore believes in lifelong learning to hone one's skills and knowledge. She has a postgraduate diploma from the University of London, and an MBA from Sunderland University, however, her most recent studies is a short course in Land Registration & Conveyancing in the latter part of 2021, offered by the National Land Agency of Jamaica.
