Superbonus 110% in 2022 & 2023

Quoted from Houzz magazine:

As already widely explained, the 110% Superbonus Casa relating to the energy efficiency of buildings and valid, for completed and paid works, until 31 December 2021, is today under examination for approval as part of the 2022 Budget Law (the topic is still being approved and therefore in progress), albeit selectively and with different deadlines depending on the type of beneficiary.

Within the 2022 Budget Law there should be a stabilization until 2024 of other bonuses such as: the Ecobonus, the “ordinary” Sismabonus, the Restructuring Bonus at 50% and the Green Bonus.
As for the 110% Casa Superbonus ,intervention valid for condominiums, for multi-family homes and for single single-family homes, the Government Bill provides that the maxi deduction will remain at 110% on expenses incurred until 31 December 2023. The discount will be reduced to 70% for expenses incurred in the year 2024, while for the expenses incurred in the year 2025 the tax deduction will be equal to 65%.

Gubbio, the “city of fools”

When talking about the beauty of Italy many will think of Tuscany.
Today I want to introduce to you Gubbio, a town in the Umbria region, a humble neighbour of Tuscany often overlooked while searching for a dream home.

Its noble towers, cathedrals, alleys and squares make Gubbio one of the pearls of Umbria and an unmissable destination in one of the regions of Italy richest in history, art and nature.
The town, nicknamed " city of stone " because of the material that has shaped its aesthetics and urban planning, is known with another decidedly more original name: the " city of madmen ".
The symbol of the "madness" of Gubbio is the famous fountain of the "madmen", the nickname given to the Bargello Fountain which stands in front of the homonymous building, a great example of Umbrian Gothic architecture. The fountain is a sculptural work that dates back to the sixteenth century and was rebuilt in the second half of the nineteenth century.
A nice tradition is linked to the fountain that has been handed down for centuries: if you make three laps around them and are sprayed with its water, in the presence of a Eugubino, you have the right to apply for a sort of crazy honorary citizenship, complete with certificate.
Once you have completed the three laps around the Bargello Fountain, you can get a crazy license only if a citizen of Gubbio applies for it. To receive it, a contribution must be paid to the Maggio Eugubino Association, committed to safeguarding the traditions of the Umbrian town.
The tradition of walking around the fountain is linked to the famous Festa dei Ceri , the most popular folkloristic event in Gubbio. According to some ancient documents, in fact, whoever managed to participate three consecutive times had the right to apply for honorary citizenship.
Tradition and legends aside, Gubbio is one of the most fascinating villages in all of Umbria . Walking through its alleys allows you to appreciate its beauty and its medieval historical structure. Do not miss a visit to the Palazzo dei Consoli which overlooks the panoramic Piazza Grande.
