A Castel Capuano, il vecchio tribunale di Napoli, c’è una lapide con impresse le parole pronunciate da Enrico de Nicola per richiedere di essere nuovamente iscritto all’Albo professionale avendo lasciato la Suprema Magistratura della Repubblica: “Chiedo di far ritorno in quell’Albo dal quale uscendo mai ci si innalza e nel quale rientrando mai si scende”.
Retoriche di altri tempi. E’ vero, ma di questi tempi o Signore, salvaci la retorica.
