The Government, with the art. 46 of the D.L. 17 March 2020, n. 18 ("Decreto Cura Italia"), announced the prohibition to dismiss the employees for objective economic grounds and to start the collective redundancies according to the artt. 4, 5 and 24 of the law 223/1991 - for collective dismissal procedures started after the 23rd of February 2020 -.
