Yesterday was absolutely breathtaking ✨ After my very first check-in at a new property in Loazzolo (lovely!), I stopped by to visit one of my long-standing clients. I was completely speechless when I saw the endless row of hydrangeas lining the road – so many different colors, with the magnificent wine hills of Loazzolo stretching out in the background. Absolutely stunning! 🌸🍷
I’ve already sent the info to my client – both of us need to compliment the gardener! 🙌

A quick property check showed that, overall, the house is in very good shape — clean inside, tidy outside, and well kept after the latest guest stay. A few small improvements are still worth considering in the upstairs bedroom area to make the space even more comfortable and functional 🏡

These are the kind of details that make the difference when it comes to keeping a property ready, welcoming, and consistently well maintained.

This afternoon’s check-out after an early departure this morning. A good day to handle the final details, keep everything running smoothly, and prepare the property for what comes next.

That’s the part I value most in this job: being present, good communication with the owner, staying on top of things, and making sure every stay ends well.

Today’s property visit turned into an important on-site inspection, with specialists looking into a major structural issue near the house. Safety first, of course, but also functionality, aesthetics all came into the conversation that will follow up with costs with the owners.

I also took care of the usual routine checks and fixed a small issue on the spot, keeping everything moving in the right direction.

While waiting for the guests to arrive, I took a moment to update the owner and make sure everything was ready for a smooth welcome. It’s always a pleasure to see the property in such great shape: the recent work on the access road has made a real difference, and the house is spotless. Little things are being sorted out with care, so the guests can simply arrive and enjoy their stay ☀️🏡

First check-in of the year done! 🗝️

There’s always a mix of excitement and nerves when the season kicks off, especially with some recent electrical upgrades to test. I’m happy to share that our first guests from Belgium have settled in beautifully—they are a wonderful, collaborative couple.

It confirms my belief that an in-person check-in is truly invaluable. A warm, friendly welcome goes a long way in building trust, preventing misunderstandings, and setting the tone for a great stay. It’s rewarding to see this property grow in personality and value after our recent outdoor improvements. Looking forward to a great season ahead!

Property check completed in Strevi.
Met with the maintenance team for updates on recent works — the house is in excellent condition, clean and well maintained both inside and out.
A faulty electrical outlet was identified and promptly addressed. Minor restocking is also recommended (wine and bathroom supplies) to ensure the best guest experience.
