An extension of the hotel has been realised with 50 new rooms and suites. The project draws inspiration from atmosphere and functionality. Basic furniture, accurate research of lighting and neutral welcoming colours are the new proposals of this structure, which is especially aimed at business.

Mansion from the outside

This ONE-FAMILY MANSION is situated in a hill-area of the green Brianza, on the borderline of a big natural park. It has a beautiful view of Po valley and a private garden on one steep-side of the hill. Privacy is guarantee.
The mansion has been projected on 3 levels: on the low ground we can find the living area and the master bedroom; in the mansard takes place the night area.
Underground there is a big living room and a basement room with all domestic services, which can be reached thanks to a stair situated near the main entry.
Moreover, there is a spacious garage and many service-rooms, such as a laundry room, a wine’s cellar, a garden tools’ room and a technical room.
Furnishing, furniture and architectural details show the contemporary style of the mansion, realised on owners’ liking.

It's situated on Lopud Island, in Croatia, in the Archipelago of Elafiti. It was born from a reclamation and expanding project.
The project has conserved current volumes and windows' spaces, with relationships between solid-vacuum of the original project, dated 1960. Technological adjustments and current standard have directed the new project of restoration to the remake of interiors, with respect to existing structure.
