Casa Mimy was designed and built in the year 1992 by the Gorizian Entrepreneur, which himself lived in the Villa for over 30 years and architectured all the details of the Villa to bring comfort and positivity in the city lifestyle.

Casa Mimy, is, therefore, a unique city life experience because it is located exactly in the center of town but surrounded by a carefully curated garden that immerses the house in nature.

The creator of this Villa, had incredible attention to details and the material used to construct the Villa. Thus why only natural materials found in the surrounding region of Friuli were utilized to build the home. This allowed the Villa to have the lowest environmental impact, with natural light paths and a natural isolation system. Truly a work of art that will allow you to discover a new style of city living.
