LIVE LIKE A LITTLE KING
This 800 year old home is located just outside Perugia, in the heart of Italy and was built for the village king.
Antique villages built like small fortresses are common sights all over Italy. This particular house with thick stone walls and well preserved architectural details is situated in the center of the village.
Tastefully furnished and decorated with antique furniture and art, and with its high ceilings, it will make anyone feel royal, if only just a little. It is truly unique, a pearl among homes here in Umbria.
The house has two spacious master bedrooms, one with balcony and both with lovely mile long views over Umbrian and Tuscan hills. The downstairs has an extraordinary entrance, a small kitchen, a bathroom covered in marble and a lovely combined living- and dining room.
The staircase is a bit steep for the very young or the very old but the kitchen is well equipped and there is wi-fi as well as a smart TV with both English and Italian speaking channels.
The house is situated between Perugia and the medieval village of Corciano (recently voted one of the 20 most beautiful villages in all of Italy). Drive time from Rome is 2 hours and from Florence 1 and a half. Countless things to see nearby and fabulous restaurants to experience.
We know where to go and what to do if you don't want to miss the best.
