Based on the information received from the Companies Registration Department, they are requesting the renewal of company documents. The aim is to simplify procedures and reduce the congestion at the Companies Registration Department, which is a part of the Ministry. They kindly request that companies not be required to renew the authentication of documents that are less than one year old from the date of issuance, in order to avoid congestion at the beginning of each year, taking into consideration the guidelines mentioned in our circular number 914 dated 07/02/2024, which includes the procedure for inquiring about companies and the daily bulletin.
